      We have 'done' the Loire valley several times, but cannot remember visiting Tours. Although it is Sunday tomorrow, there is a bus into the city centre, so we have decided to go and have a look around. we are going to stay here for 2 nights and then make a dash for the Channel!

      Quick update, there was a little bit of snow today!! I was in English Class and my friend suddenly said "Hannah! Look! It's snowing!" (In French). It was raining and snowing too, it was so pretty because it was gentle and in flurries.

      On Friday after class, we went to an odd little crèperie for lunch with our entire class. Each section of the restaurant resembled a room in a house. I had a ham , cheese, and egg crèpe.

Next course Robyn had ordered a cassoulet, I ordered something with duck - when they turned up we were not sure which dish was which so decided we would have half each - we figured Robyn's was a scallop cassoulet and mine was a duck gratin - both beautiful.
