Only took 2 hours, very quick on the autobahn. Parked the car to look around, what a quaint town, found our accomodation, very special one of the oldest buildings, 1540. Right in the main square. Brought a butter/pate knife at the outdoor market by the church, 10€. Had a fantastic lunch at Restaurant Bartholdi, he was the sculpture who designed the Statue of Liberty, ate duck with a beetroot and small red berries sauce, delicious, vegies were roasted fennel carrots turnip ...
Cindy & I went different ways today. I have had enough of Xmas markets, so stayed at Titisee today and explored this little village. It was nice to see the lake & town in daylight hours. Even had the sun breakthrough for a while. Had a walk around, took some photos, had lunch followed by a snooze after lunch. to do the backwards riding I was going too fast and I slipped and landed on my elbow.
Sadly I ended up with probably the biggest egg you can get right on my elbow. It is very sore.
Then next day we went 900 meters above sea level to see snow. It was Zara's first time seeing snow.

We are near the border of Germany so we took a day trip to Germany.
Everything is so much cheaper. So my Mum went to basically every shop we saw.
