    ... that these people were very rude, and this confirmed it. They talked loudly in the silent house all night last night, and made a large dinner which they shared with no one. They had all come on bike, and they blocked the only downstairs toilet with them. (Which, since they were staying on the second floor, they did not seem to mind.) They laughed a bit at my French, but they were happy to tell me of their experiences on the trail. They told me to watch the signs closely because the Way of Vezelay could be tricky.
