    ... was pretty huge, but we were only allowed access to certain areas. The most impressive part of the house was the grand garden entrance.

    Ironically, just leaving the gates of the château we came across a French army recruitment event and a not so grand flea market. We had our fun however, picking up random knick-knacks and giant sour punch straw candies.

    Don't drop it too low....

    ... favorite thing, FREE! We got to meet a bunch of French students and bond over pizzas (I choose the olive, white asparagus, and artichoke heart pizza, since peperoni wasn’t and option) and coca-cola to drink. The girls headed to the mall again to get our eyebrows done so we could feel like girls again and because France has all these sales during January so we just can’t resist the mall!     ... to wake up at a specific time each morning, but here it wasn't working!! Alexis, Harlea and I decided to go back to Place Stanislas that evening to explore more of the city and see its beauty. There is still an enormous Christmas tree in the center of the plaza. The square is surrounded by gates enveloped by golden pieces created by the famous and every side is covered with cute little cafes and restaurants (like the ones in the movies).     ... a girl to help me and she struggled. Finally we got it though. I can't imagine trying to do it by myself.

    So I finally got all of the pictures from when Mom was here onto my computer and placed where I want them. They are also on Facebook for her as well and I mean it's only 3pm. Gosh darn it I have done everything I can think of except study. Also, I would like to point out that I'm wearing jeans today. WHO AM I?

    ... and it was delicious. They also made me a special vegetarian dish that wasn't on the menu. The guy that was working was really funny. He was making fun of us. He told the other girl helping him that we didn't speak French and so she had to speak slowly. Then when he gave us the bill, he was like this is in Euros. I was like ahhh man, what's a Euro? He was just really funny.
