    ... We didn't know but today the entrance is free. The chateau us built in a lovely pink sand stone, surrounded by high fortifications, each section as you walk deeper into the chateau is protected with drawbridges and port cullis, three in total. The outer buildings would have been workshops, stables and store rooms.     Our weeks usually include classes from 10am to 5pm or sometimes 7pm. Usually we have a morning class, then a two hour break for lunch, followed by an afternoon class. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays we usually have French from 5:30pm-7pm. Our classes are in three hour blocks, so our professors give us a 15 minute break at the one and a half hour line.     Well this morning, my alarm went off three times before I finally got the motivation to get out of bed. Don't worry though, I set my alarm early enough to be able to do that. I still had enough time to get ready and do a little studying before I went to take my exam. My hand is feeling a little between, but we will see at the end of the day if I shed any blood from it.     ... Thomas gets a HUGE smile on his face and says, "oui!" All the excitement was disappointing though, as the employees immediately said with a stern face that they did not sell any turkey.
