... because Jordan and Maya had to stop every 500 feet to look out at the mountains, take photos and take it all in. The views were absolutely amazing. When we were in this one valley area, we saw a place in the middle of no where where you can rent ATV's (all terrain vehicles) - otherwise known as quads. ... in the car parks and viewing areas. A Moose grazing near the road not a bit bothered by the viewers, but still no close up encounters with bear. We crossed the Colorado River and saw the may ski resort in the area, many with enough snow to be still operating.
