We decided it would be fun to do some skiing so we took the 45 min trip to Fort Q'Apelle where they have a small privately run ski field, Mission Ridge. The 'Hill' is pretty kewl, its a ridge in a gulley. I found that choosing my volunteering broker was more difficult than picking a tour operator. There are so many out there. Some are way too slick and expensive, some seem shoddy.
