These are the three most commonly words uttered by my today - Wales is just amazing - the scenery, the people, the food and the beer (from Josh!)
Well today started early, with being picked up by our tour guide from our hostel. We set out from Cardiff to Caerphilly, a small town with an amazing castle - there are over 400 castles in Wales! One tower at Caerphilly castle was attacked thousands of years ago ...

It didn't take long to adjust to hearing all the British accents again. By the time we'd arrived at Paddington I had stopped being surprised!
We waited at Paddington for 2 hours for our train. We had brought our tickets in ...
... but then again this whole trip has never been anything else. It has always been a last minute decision on my part, a decision made without much deliberation. It was a rushed decision to meet my two mates in Christchurch on the 29th July, and travel with them until our departure to Los Angeles sometime around November to December. Even on their side, in their haste to travel they appear to have overlooked one major detail (well it jumped up at me anyway, not ...
Ross-on-Wye, England, United Kingdom shepanderson... the grounds should be impeccable!
This is no ordinary bring a blanket and bring your own alcohol type of event. First of all, you CAN bring your own alcohol. In fact, you can drink alcohol in most public parks in the UK which is very nice for picnicking. But this is more than that. People really go all out for these events. There are tables and chairs, some even with candelabra, table cloths, and ...
