Extremely comfortable

Chase Suites, Tampa FL

My husband and I stayed at the Chase Suites in Tampa last spring, and again in December, 2005. We have had the one bedroom and, when our daughter stayed with us, we booked the 2 bedroom.

Each time we have stayed has been wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast is perfect. They provide two computers for guests' use, as well as laundry facilities, and shuttles to and from the airport. Also, the view from the large patio is really nice.

All in all, it was an extremely pleasant stay. We are on our way down to Tampa tonight and will be staying at the Chase Suites once again.

Mein Mann und ich haben letzten Frühling im Chase Suites in Tampa übernachtet und dann wieder im Dezember 2005. Erst hatten wir eine 1-Schlafzimmer Suite und als unsere Tochter mit uns übernachtet hat, haben wir eine 2-Schlafzimmer Suite gebucht. Beide Male hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstücksbüffet ist perfekt. Es stehen zwei Computer für Gäste zur Verfügung und außerdem gibt es einen Wäschedienst und einen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen. Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ist wunderschön.

Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir werden heute Abend wieder nach Tampa fahren und dann natürlich abermals im Chase Suites übernachten.

Very comfortable, good value, would stay again!

From the time we checked in to the time we left, our stay was very comfortable, quiet, and enjoyable! The desk staff was great, responded quickly to our every need. Enjoyed the breakfast, and the light dinner with wine! Nice view of Tampa Bay with patio to enjoy the great fall weather. Would definitely recommend to all.

Great value and very friendly, helpful staff.

We booked a 2 bedroom townhouse/suite prior to our cruise. Their "ship to shore" package is an excellent value. For $169 it included a 2 bedroom suite with breakfast (continental), a manager's happy hour with drinks (sodas, wine, juice, burgers and hotdogs) as well as transportation from the hotel, to the pier and from the pier back to the airport. The 2 bedroom suite with 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms was very comfortable and large enough to accomodate our family of 6. My kids loved the loft bedroom. The tennis court and basketball courts were always empty. The outdoor pool was heated and the jacuzzi was never crowded. There is a restaurant within walking distance- Bahama Breeze that is very good and kid friendly. We've travelled to Florida many times and this is one of the best values yet.

Decent place for a decent price

Chase Suite Hotel was a nice hotel and the price was not bad at all for one night. The only disappointment was the internet service was not up and working in the lobby and the "view of the water" that was paid extra for was not worth it at all. However the room was kept clean and the bed was comfortable, will probably revisit.

The only place will will stay from now on!!!

We stayed at this hotel once in 2001 and it was just as wonderful as this time! The breakfast is exceptional and the staff is the best we've ever seen! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone!

Good Value at Rocky Point

Booked Chase Suites for single night before a cruise on their Ship & Shore rate which includes pickup at airport, delivery to Tampa port for cruise and pickup at port post-cruise. Two bedroom suite with full kitchen facilities were very confortable. Nice breakfast buffet in AM. Good pool facility.

Returned after cruise for additional two day stay in one bedroom suite. Staff very informative and helpful. Will use courtesy van to take you to restaurants/shopping within 5 miles from hotel and pickup thereafter.

Some HP access units but most have 3 to 15 steps to some units. No elevators. Overall a good value.

Nice Place - But beware of the DSL Service!!!!

I have stayed here several times over the past 3 years. The service is great and they have a "Guest Appreciation Social" every night (Monday-Friday) with free beer, wine and food. The only complaint that I have is in relation to the DSL/Internet service. It appears as though this service is contracted out to an internet/IT contractor. Get ready for SLOW, VERY SLOW, or non-existent service during peak hours (5:00pm - 10:00pm) --- When I called to inquire about the speed, (after the 3rd night of dealing with the slower than "dial-up service") the off-site 800 number tech rep had to call me back and then upon his return call proceeded to infer that I had not trouble at all..... GEESH!!

Nice place for the money. great location

me and my wife stayed here this last weekend. We payed i belive 89 per night and found this hotel to be a good value for the price. when we first got there they gave us a room that wouldnt lock with the chain so i went and requested a new room. they put us in a room that was very spacious. bed and pillows were comfortable. room was very clean. had a wonderful full kitchen with full fridge and all cooking utencils and dishwasher. the place was a little bit worn the carpet and the floor but all in all i would stay here again. if your looking for a good place to stay that is easy to find with quick acess to the freeway this is the place.

Wonderful, friendly hotel

There is not enough words to describe the experience at this hotel. From the moment you arrrive you are met by friendly front desk staff. The grounds and suites are immaculate. The suites are perfect for any size family. The free breakfast is better than any I have ever experienced. The pool is small but never crowded. There is a basketball court/tennis court. The hotel provides the equipment. My kids loved this feature. You can sit at the dock and watch boats on the water. You can also watch the planes come into Tampa Airport. There is a great restaurant in walking distance. This hotel makes you feel very welcome and important. I can't say enough good things about it. I am staying there again in January 2005.
