I felt pretty bloody seedy on Friday, wedding eve, and if we weren't in bed, we were on the couch, gingerly eating KFC and watching Match of the Day. We got our **** together eventually, and went to Moseley for dinner at the Thai restaurant there, and then had an early night back home.

On Saturday we all got up bright and early and dusted off the cobwebs, ready for the day ahead. ...

Well good news came in today as I’vereceived an email informing me that my British Council Preparatory Visit application to visit Iceland's Academy of the Arts was successful and I would be able to go ahead as planned fully funded and visit the academy in February(2012).

... I imagine it will be. Until then, I still have a lot of planning to do. Mainly figuring out how I'm going to pack 3 and a half months into a tiny backpack! Especially considering its taken me about 3 months to decide whether or not to bring my straighteners! (its a yes - before you get disgusted at the idea of me being vain enough to bring them, you should see my hair without the aid of my GHD's - I need a bit of luxury with me!)
