    Decided to walk the causeway to Clearwater beach for our exercise of the day. We tend to walk the beach out there a few times a week so thought it might be fun...Tour boats and recreational boats are just heading out ...At noon when we head back to Dunedin the entire mile and a half of the causeway is backed up with people driving over to the beach...and trying to find parking...Sunday ...

    ... times we were stopped or creeping along at a few miles an hour for miles on end, and there appears to be no reason for it. ie accidents. Anyway we turned off the expressway onto a very minor road that lead into Tarpon Springs. It turned out to be a beaut little fishing village, and very popular as the place was crowded with tourists/visitors. We ate some excellent genuine, and cheap, greek fare at a nice restaurnt overlooking the port and had a drink then we ...

    ... have liked to see them without the aid of my zoom lens. After looking through the various rooms of exhibits at the aquarium, we caught the complimentary shuttle boat over to their second location. We had a great cruise over to the buildings where they have movie sets, props, etc on display from the two movies. It was neat to see. But it is another 'one and done' for us. By this time it was lunch and we decided to find a Cracker Barrel restaurant, ...

    ... worth the sacrifice back in our younger days. Alas, I am editorializing a bit...

    Tomorrow we head for Sanibel Island in the Gulf. A friend of our daughter, Lisa, has visited there and said that it's a "must see." Lots of bird watching is available, so we're excited. We lucked out and got two nights there, after making a few follow-up calls to work it out. The drive is longer than our last "ride from hell", but we'll get through it.
