... the train disappeared into another tunnel or around another bend. To end the day, and get back home to Bergen, we took a high speed ferry from Flam through the Sognefjord, the longest and deepest fjord in the world at 200km long and 1310metres deep. The ferry trip through the fjords was stunning, with high cliffs on either side and colourful little villages dotted along the shore line. Amazingly farmers work these mountains as you can see sheep grazing on the sides of ...

They are also apparently quite maneuverable, with the Captain executing an in-place pirouette dockside (before bouncing the boat into the dock cushions). ... door had said the name of the street in which I live. I went and stood by the wall next to the door and pressed my ear to the wooden frame. I could hear a woman's voice saying in amusement: "he doesn't even know that the street is part of the long ancient road that runs through cities, forests and plains to the golden palace in the jungle. Most people have forgotten the context of the phases of the path and the direction that gave rise to it and secretly continues to govern it. The ...

... Completely exhausted we arrived at mount Ulriken, but it was very rewarding, high over Bergen to see the mountains, even in summer time some of those still have snow on the tops, to see the fjords surrounding the area, to see the woods, to see all these beautiful nice vistas that you typically find on the brochures about
      Norway.

      And yes indeed, ...
