... have given us where ever we have travelled in this amazing country. We both feel very privileged to have travelled to amazing temples, pyramids and tombs and learned all about life in ancient Egypt. We suspect that Australians are thought of very highly here in Egypt and we felt like we received special treatment everywhere we stayed because of it. Egypt could certainly do with more visitors from western countries as we ...

So at 80km, on the truck AWOL went, and 60km to camp. Not an easy choice, but I rather skip 60km riding instead of pushing and having to take more time off. Disappointed in myself yes, lessons learnt, yes. Time to rearrange things, yes. The good ...

... What factory is that? I should look at my map. GPS and camera's are hard to use on the bike, as there are many things to dodge. after 166km, so much relief to get off the bike! and some hot soup. Was so nice to see camp after 7hrs on the bike. I am not going to lie, am sick of these gradual hills, not steep enough to stand on, but wind you sitting down. Congratulations to Laura for getting the stage ...
