      ... fairly touristy spot, however, all the tourists are Chinese. We have seen a total of 5 white people in passing since leaving Beijing. In fact we are quite a side show around here as kids laugh, old women stare, and random adults giggle like little girls when we respond to their English hellos with one of our own.

      ... Most of the guys expect him to come back to China as there is a girl here that he is keen on. We will have to wait and see. We went to a restaurant called ______ Goose.       The color orange has become “trademark” for Shaolin warrior monks. We often see monks performing in orange. This year I was lucky to attend a morning service at Shaolin Tempel, before the doors openend to the tourists. The service started at 05:00 am and that is when the Tempel breathes the atmosphere of a Tempel and no monks wearing orange in Shaolin Tempel….
