In the morning, I took the bus to the Luoyang Museum which is HUGE. It was raining heavily, so Courtney gave me an umbrella and even an entire warm up suit that she got for volunteering. It's bright blue and I love it!

There were lots of old things there again. The most interesting things were the small figurines that were buried with people when they died. They ...

There never seems to be enough receptacles for rubbish and the locals don't think to put it in the bins, they just throw it on the ground. I will go and check out the coffee shop later when my plumbing issues are fixed. A plumber eventually came and unblocked the drain so there was only one trip down to the hospital ...

... I have been here so maybe I should think that I am lucky that it hasn’t happened before. I will check with Mia to see if she has power.

I had a great day yesterday as we went to Shaolin Temple for the day. Todd, Jonny, Brian and I went. We decided to catch a taxi because that is the way Kathryn likes it, and it was also backed up by Ginger who said it was much better. The first taxi didn’t want to take us and then a lovely lady ...
