        Well, all the places I want to go would take three days, and I only have three day weekends twice a month. I really needed to get away this weekend, so I messaged a bunch of people in Henan on couchsurfing, to see if anyone was free to host. The first person that answered was a woman with no references and a blurry picture. I went with it anyway, even though the messages she sent me were nonsensical.

        ... the road was blocked. Luckily the car was narrow enough to go through. At some point the driver took a sharp left and left the paved road for a steep donkey track. It lead to a B road and we emerged on the wrong side. Going against traffic for a few metres untill there was a hole through which we could get on the right track. Phew!! Finally made it to the airport and the driver put his hand to his heart ...

        ... a lot of friends. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Time to finish this entry before turning it into something mushy. After the ceremony was over, I joined my group running up the mountain towards Damo's Cave. Last time up the mountain because next saturday I will be travelling home. Three bows to Damo that morning to conclude the days precedings. Forever grateful to ven. Master Shi Yong Xin for making this dream come true. ...

        ... declined. First the trainer in the beginners group is awesome and second I saw the advanced group and half of the things they do, or maybe more, are out of my league. This old lady is not interested in back flips and the sorts. Besides there is nothing wrong with some good old basics, good basics make good kungfu. O and the advanced? Well like the chinese say "hai keyi" but then again I am no expert, just a beginner and I am cool with that ...
