A travel blog entry by determined34 on Jun 26, 2014

After the bumpy flight from Sydney to ChangZhou, we landed to 35 degrees, humidity level, don't laugh - I have taken off my leggings and wearing my flats without sockets - fashion plus!!! Not so luxurious surroundings here - Qantas does not have a code share lounge. We are sitting in Yeasun Coffee House. With very expensive coffee and dodgy ...

Our group is comprised of 21 people in total: 5 from the Toronto area, 2 from Port Dover ON, and 12 from various places in Alberta. Jack and I are the only Vancouverites. After two days immersed in the hustle and bustle of Shanghai we departed to a slower paced area. Wuxi and Szuhou are sister cities. They are considered ...

    The vivacious, persuasive Jessica

... to walk and work off some of the extra weight we'd been collecting with all this eating we've been doing. Once we got into the Lingshan park area we realised there was nothing optional about using the trolleys. And in that heat we would have struggled. We only had a short time to get to the main event - the opening of the lotus flower and the story of the birth of Buddha. As with most productions we've seen so far it was well done with the ...
