... point I was really mad because he still had all my refund in his hand. Apparently they had just randomly decided not to send this bus to Wuhan and I had to get there some other way. I ripped my refund out of his hand and stormed off, on my way to the west bus station, where I should have gone initially.
When I finally got there, they said, yes there was a bus leaving tomorrow morning for Furongzhen. I bought it and went home to sleep.
... had been delayed until 11am Christmas Day. I moseyed on home to the other side of the city, but was there only briefly before going out for pizza with a fair number of FFTFs. We'd all had a secret Santa draw so I got a hand warmer pressie from that, plus a lovely thick hoodie as a present from Nicola :-)
Pizza was pretty good as usual (we even got free drinks...) from a restaurant owned by a Chinese guy we know who has set up his own independent pizza ...
