Twelve hour layover in Singapore. Staying in the airport at a hotel. Very cool. And may I present to you, once again: "Adventures do occur, but not punctually." (thank you Mrs. Moore) A four hour delay leads to a bunch of friends, acquaintances and absolute strangers to laugh and cry and play poker with lava rocks from a nearby potted plant as our currency. It was an overall lovefest!
Sweat and sun burn
arrived in singapore in the evening, caught a taxi to our hotel, it was a really nice hotel. Spent 4days there and man it was so hot i couldnt live there, the air actually felt thick. We spent a day at sentosa island, that was amazing so beautiful and the water was alot cleaner. Mostly our time in Singapore involved alot of eating and drinking because it so to friggin hot to do anything else.
Zimmer mit Sicht auf Rollfeld

The air-con City of Singapore
We arrived in Singapore late afternoon and hopped onto the (very efficient) MRT metro line into the City - we heard later that there was a public enquiry a few weeks a go when one of the trains turned up... 4 minutes late!
