Today we chose not to go on the walk to see a pagoda. Instead we hailed a tuk tuk and went to the famous Russian market. The trip there was quite a few kilometres and very interesting. There are absolutely no road rules - even at the traffic lights! There seem to be some policemen but they could not possibly book all those that we would deem need booking.

... kind of a shut your eyes and cross experience and hope for the best. Trying to cross the streets in rush hour wasn't exactly my finest experience. There seem to be no rules for motorcyclists and no idea who would have right of way at junctions. Whilst in Phnom Penh I went out to the killing fields by tuk tuk. Neil laid down for a while as he had a headache, I tried to take a nap, but I couldn't drift off, so I washed a few clothes and hung them to dry outside.

A couple of hours later we took a stroll down to the riverside, you need to have your wits about you when trying to cross roads here, it is mayhem, with traffic going in all directions. We sat for a short while at the riverside, the sun beginning to set behind us.
