    ... however they really don't do Bern any justice. We were wishing we had of stayed here overnight rather than Zurich... Lunch time stop is at the picturesque town of Montreux. Yes another 'jaw droppingly' stunning place. I think I will be using that description quite a bit during this tour! Montreux is situated on the shores of Lake Genève and wow! Unfortunately we were too late to see any live cheese making demonstrations and even more sadly, it wasn't a Sunday - when they cook the cheese over an open fire. We had a bit of a tour around the factory though (once again, it is well appointed for tourists) and there was lots to read and see. The audioguide was spoken from the perspective of a cow, which was quite funny- there were even a few jokes although I don't think Swiss humour ...

    ... a change from all of the French we've come across!) let us know that there were going to be lots of celebrations downtown so we decided to check it out... Turns out Switzerland might not be as neutral as we thought. People of all ages were storming the streets by foot and flooding the streets with cars blaring their horns and packed with people waving flags for the two victorious nations.
