    Lance used to use this to train on just before the TDF each year and judge whether he was in form to win.

    Hmm! I will keep a lookout for the US Postal team syringes at the start.

    We will then head off to Monaco and the beaches west of here for some sight seeing and a swim.

    ... out as we were both quite tired.

    The pillow on the bed in the room was like sleeping on a breeze block, but Paul said his was ok!! We took an early breakfast for 2 reasons - 1 because we had another long drive and 2 - to get out of there!!!!!

    ... nearly an hour and a half. What to do? Seemed silly to wait all this time as it was extremely hot plus we wouldn't have time to look around Eze before having to get get back to the ship. If we had of known this we could have stayed on the number 100 bus and gone into Nice as it was only about another half hour away.     ... together with Pierre, my grandmother had a big party at her house. She invited about 100 people to play boule, tennis, badminton, swim and to have a delicious Paella.     ... Bay on Sydney Harbour... Driving into the municipality of Monte Carlo (with its police force clearly on show at the entry point) the evidence of wealth went up to a whole new level.
