He got some great shots of us and the beach and the sunset so hopefully he will email them to me. After that we walked to dinner in Old Nice and ate at a half seafood half Italian restaurant. ... the harbour that was open for coffee and food. Shops don't seem to open before 10am around here. Who knows what time people start work?? Then with our bikes in tow, we took off to explore what we could of Monaco.

After a fantastic lunch in a much too expensive resteraunt we headed for a hotel that we had booked for the night. The last hotel of our trip.

... Bay on Sydney Harbour... Driving into the municipality of Monte Carlo (with its police force clearly on show at the entry point) the evidence of wealth went up to a whole new level. Every luxury brand seemed to be represented with a magnificent city centre shop front - Maserati, Rolls Royce, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci etc. The streets and buildings looked very well maintained as though no expense had been spared.
