So...Ladies and Gents, this is far overdue I know. It's been busy of course with all the stuff going, but I've seen some pretty cool places. Hope you enjoy the photos :) I'll say some things briefly! The few pictures you see involving the food and drink festival... I don't regret anything :) I wish they could keep all those beers around! If you fit into a similar age bracket to me, then this blog will be perfect for you! ...

I knew nothing about the area but felt a bit negative. This feeling was reinforced as I approached the site and found the road closed due to a m***********. I had no idea how to get round the blockage and Fanny Ann (the Sat Nav) kept trying to ...

The skies cleared today, and by this afternoon, St Helens was bright and sunny! A perfect day for a nice lunch and a visit with Aunt Audrey, and a walk about the town.

We met Barry’s Great Aunt Audrey, her daughter Janet, and grand-daughter Claudia at the Charcoal Grill. Aunt Audrey is 93 years young, and was married to Barry’s Grandmother’s brother. We spent a leisurely lunch catching up. Oh, to be half as spry and half as ...
