... about 20 minutes along the lake shore to a winery. What a fantastic area! The lakeside hills are cloaked in vines both red and white grapes and little wineries. The interior of the building is pretty cool what with the stained glass windows, carved choir stalls, and an enormous organ. However, it was the view from the top of the North Tower of the cathedral that took my breath away. After climbing ...

Out the door by 6am, we took the London Underground to Heathrow Terminal 5, a very smooth process and a couple of hours later, were jetting off with BA to Geneva. From Geneva Airport we used Chamexpress, a great airport transfer company. Other than being 30 mins late to depart (which didn't matter as we were in no rush), it was a brilliant service, dropping us just outside the tourist office in Les Houches.
