... and checked into the hostel that we booked which turned out to be really cool. The guys were friendly and gave us plenty of tips and ideas of what to do while we were here, including a full day bike tour which we planned to do the next day. We set off at 9am on bikes that cost us 80 pesos each, so about $7 and followed our mud map around the 28km loop that took us through tiny towns, quiet back streets and beautiful cenotes. ...

... diving and a whaleshark trip which was unbelievable! There was 100+ whalesharks and we were also blessed to see not one, but more like 10 mantas. The photos speak for themselves!!!
For tims arrival night I booked a fancy all inclusive resort - Secrets the Vine - it was amazing! Sadly Tim got delayed so he was late arriving but we still made the most of the night of luxury!
