... for 5 hours then boarded our 7.5hr flight to Kuala Lumpur (KL). We left São Paulo Sunday night at 22h00 and 19 hours later when we boarded our flight to KL it was 02h00 on Tuesday! What happened to Monday? Time really is an illusion! After arriving in KL we took a 4 hour bus ride to Lumut, a small town on the south west coast of Malaysia in Perak state. We met our landlord KT who took us to our lovely home for the rest of September and the first 2 weeks of ...

... desk, and I'm on my way. The first part was nice, paved boardwalk, I pump my iPhone and rock on. Until the actual trail started. Then I realized how completely out of shape I have gotten. And how balls hot it is! Instant sweat rolls off me and soaks me, my body giving me a warning sign of things to come! It's a nice trek. Well laid out. Up Down up down. It made me thankful that I was going solo actually. For fear I would be slowing someone down or someone slowing me down. ...
