We eventually asked for directions, trudged through the "downpour," and made it to the train station in time to narrowly avoid hypothermia.     ... a quick stop for lunch, it's off to the UN offices!

    Getting to the UN offices (or the rather more fancy, Palais des Nations - Palace of Nations) was again pretty easy. Tram no 15, took maybe 15 minutes. You can't miss the stop. It's not only the last stop, but there is also a really large, really broken chair.
