Just a few photos from the Ski holiday so far - won't bore you all with tales of daring red runs, lost snow chains (thankfully not this year, so far) or off piste escapades, but the attached photos are a way of sharing our holiday with family and friends ... Don't worry, there will be far more to come in the ...

... exactly what one wears under a onesie, Elana could barely fight the guys off despite (in her words) having both a cold sore and a boyfriend, and Muriel was also in great form. The night could have gone on much later when Hannah managed to persuade a couple of guys with a hot tub and a bottle of rum that they wanted to host us, but the rest of us weren't so keen and we made it home around 2am.

We had a great time in La Fornet, today brought heavy snow and reduced ...

... the ratchet wasn't working on one of my bindings which made turning really difficult for me. So, I eventually made it down the slope drifting side to side and barely putting in a turn. We didn't fancy queuing again so headed to their flat for some (more!) pancakes and a beer.
Hannah and Elana on the other hand, were in the first day of ski school and didn't really need lifts, so they had a great day.
The food is great in the chalet, lots of it and lots ...

What happens when you miss your flight

... going to seriously miss the flight, we'd only taken 10 mins or so to potter. Alas, we were too late, and, for the first time in my life, I missed a flight. We weren't even close, the gate had closed a good 10 mins before we got there. Unsuprisingly, the woman at the gate wasn't particularly interested,
Anyway, as it turns out, it's not the worst thing that can happen. Went to customer ...
