... of the SOS places and waited for Rhys to arrive. My chain was very loose again so in the warmth of the tunnel we did some bike maintenance, which we later found out from Michael is illegal and could of resulted in a large fine!

My chain fixed we continued our way through the tunnel. When we got out the other end we were greeted with blue skies and more snow. For the next 45 minutes we rode with snow all around and blue skies above – it was truly magical. ...

... beautiful day out (this is a natural occurrence for Tanya). So we urged her to go for a quick bike ride while we continued prepping. I think she was happy that we offered because within a few minutes, she was out the door and on her bike. Once everyone was back from the bike rides, I served up a few more espressos and shortly after, we took over the kitchen and began making dinner. ... a great collection of mountaineering history and hands on displays. We walked the streets a bit more as the rain had eased, bought some things for dinner and wandered through the stalls set up for the competition that finishes in 3days. Had a dry ride back to camp then we spent the afternoon drying our many wet clothes and booking accommodation/flights to Lapland to book our spot in seeing Santa this year! Late dinner then went to sleep to the sound of rain, once again.

Travel day into Austria

Had a chocolate fondue for breakfast- Simons bad influence, and then packed up to hit the trains.

Had a few changes and waited around for another train to take us into Austria. So we are now in a place called Landeck in the Austrian alps which is quite cool. An extremely picturesque train journey here through all the mountains and alongside rivers and lakes.
