... It was a pleasant walk which was clearly the original horse and cart track - except obviously for the steps.

Tomorrow morning we leave here at 6.30am for our driver to take us to Naples (via all oft the windy clifftop roads again) where we depart for London at 10.25am. Tomorrow evening Darra's brother Paul has booked an Italian Restaurant for London.

... slows down progress. Arrive with much glee as not even the faintest of a scratch on the red rocket. This does not stop the hire car guy dancing around the car for some time like he owned it. Farewell Sardinia, what a fantastic time we have had here - many many thanks from us to Deb and Kim for their abode. Flight to Napoli did as expected, a very scenic aspect as we came into land with sea and major shipping views on one side with the city all round the harbour. Actual airport is ...

We also got to have a go at designing a recipe for a new (top secret!) concept of Vincenzo's which we will hopefully get to make a sample of this week.

... The outside of it looked like a normal building, minus the anti-Christ symbol I noticed in the upper levels (For those who don't know it, it's just the Catholic cross upside down). We walked into the brothel. The pictures on the wall were very... descriptive. We left a minute later. We then walked up the main road and made it up to the courtyard. their were ruins everywhere, and it really was a sight to see. We spent 10 minutes up there, ...

    ... house red.

At the bottom of the photos are a few videos showing various locations on the island.

If you ever travel to Isle of Capri and are staying in Capri, don't take a taxi at 10-15 Euro, instead catch the funicular which costs about 2 Euro and takes about 4 min.

Other advise is make sure you have comfortable walking shows as that is the only way to really see the island.

So tomorrow we take the ferry to Sorrento and then travel to Positano.
