Tonight Helena is cooking a Moroccan chicken and vegetable stew in a tagine. This is a conical shaped dish that slow cooks the food and doubles as a serving dish. Sounds yummy!

This is the Borgia coat of arms, set into the facade of the fortress after Cesare captured it in 1500. Incredibly it is left unprotected and unremarked except in the following small piece of provenance.
