... Just amazing, amazing views. And very steep falls if you are silly enough to be silly on a mountain top. Ronaldo took us on a tour towards a gorgeous walled city that we had found accidentally taking a wrong turn on the way home from Not Venice but we eventually caved to the Hungriest 12yo In The World's request to stop for lunch and checked out Garda... We had a wonderful meal in a local Trattoria where Carlo, the owner, served us and made the meal. On Saturday night we we're the only guests. The ride today was spectacular, riding down the valley with multi-thousand foot cliffs on either side. We also found grapes and apples. Both the vines and the trees were ladened to bursting with fruit. Pictures ...

... 8211; most yummy. Craig had rabbit with lemon and capers whilst I had roast chicken cacciatoro. Chicken has been quite rare yesterday Jennifer told us that it is rare! We still had yesterday's crostada at home for dessert so home for planning and organizing.
When we did our final lovely walk around Spello tonight we met an old Italian gentleman who was keen to talk and tell us about his life and his family. He also told me that my Italian is good and I don't have a Benevento ...
