Nothing could prepare me for what I would experience so far in China. Most people would think that the teaching aspect would be the most difficult to adapt to, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my time teaching in China so far. The students are great and love engaging with a foreigner for some it’s a bit of a frightening experience, seeing a foreigner for the first time. The most difficult adaptation I have made would have to be that of food. Chinese food as we know it back home ...

Joey is especially atoned to drinking tea and he usually sticks with it as his main drink for the entire meal, but James and I let our American sides show by ordering sodas most of the time. I like tea, especially legit Chinese tea, but with meals I like to have something cold to wash down my food. The ...

... over the edge, mainly because the Internet is my main form of communication with my friends and family, plus this blog ^_^! The second was when we got back from climbing Mount Tai and I found out that I was expected to turn around and spend another hour or so in the car to go to my host family's house that evening.

I know it seems like it's not that big of a deal, but I was pretty tired and wasn't expecting to leave until the ...
