Century Riverside has stunning location, room was clean, campus was comfortable with a lot of tree. Restaurant was luxurious, yummy cuisine, especially traditional cuisine. I will comeback if possible.

Century Riverside with view overlooking the river was quite beautiful, spacious campus with many trees was pretty cool. Food was also very good, especially Hue dishes and a reasonable price too! Overall, I'm satisfied when choosing this hotel.

Nice hotel on the river and close to restaurants and shops, I was sick for my stay and hotel was very comfortable, I didn't need to go far for food and they had a Dr on site, staff were very helpful.

Finally made it. Up at 4 this morning, it's now 9.30 at night and we are
6 hours behind. Hue looks really exciting just at the hotel door, but far too tired to go for a look, showered and in bed, Graeme has just come back from a quick look and a beer. Said he's in heaven $1.30 for a beer, so he's cheap to keep since he only handles two and is asleep.

After travelling on a sleeping bus which was a first for us we were dumped at a bus stop in Hue. Taxi was our first request! Century Riverside along the perfume river is Art Deco and a bit dated but centrally located with river views. Up early to join DMZ tour. A long day 12 hours but was interesting to see where events had taken place and have a Vietnamese perspective. A small bus and poor roads make for a long day. We saw the Mountain ( Rocky ridge)where Americans had a command ...

... I needed transport to get to the Mausoleums, and decided to have someone drive me around on his motorbike. It's something I have done a number of times on the trip so far, and it's a great, flexible, relatively low cost way of getting about. My driver this time was rather eccentric, but in quite an endearing way. At one point he turned and asked whether I liked music. When I said I did he said "Abba, Boney M?", and then proceeded to sing "By the Rivers of Babylon for ...
