... Once you get to Woodlands you then have to clear Singapore immigration before heading into the city. The journey would need a bus/taxi to the nearest MRT (Metro) station or, in our case, a taxi straight to the hotel. However you look at it this last few miles is a bit messy so I think we will fly next time . . . . . . . it seems the sensible and easy option and maybe this is what the railway authorities really ...
