The trail is every bit as steep and rocky as I remember it and all of those people running it ar still intimidating. But the views along the way (like a the Cliff viewpoint at 1600 feet) are fantastic and the summit is like having the world at your feet. Perhaps because we went on a Friday and not the weekend, the trail wasn't crowded. There were other people but not so everyone was in each other's way and we went for long gaps ...
