... right hospital, but we had picked the biggest which seemed a reasonable assumption. It turns out the hospital is the 3rd largest in China. Which goes some way to helping convey how it felt like to enter A&E department. It was like jumping into the combined bedlam of Picadilly Circus at New Year, Glastonbury at Festival time and a war zone. The massive space was a seething melee of people, screams & anarchy. As the city is spread out, it would've been better for my ankles if I had hired a bike or wore good walking shoes.
