... I was hammering on that thing. I don't know why I've been naming these cars. I've never named any of the seven I've owned. After some anxious moments in traffic, speeding and other aggressive behavior, I made it back to the car rental office at 12:05 pm. I caught a Shinkansen to Tokyo Station. Today we say Matane (see you soon) to Tokyo and our friends, as we set off to Mt Fujisan. We have to take the Metro and then 2 trains and it's about a 3 hours journey. The public transport system is incredibly efficient and trains are rarely delayed, therefore our 8 minute connection to change platform and buy tickets shouldn't be an issue.
