    ... lunch in the Veggie Grill, which was the best food I have had for aaaaaaages! I had grilled Portobello mushroom with caramelised onions, garlic and puréed avocado on a bed of steamed kale with a crispy side slaw. And some sweet potato fries. Mmm mmm!

    ... went out to a nice dinner at Mother's, got them in bed at 7pm PST (10pm our time) with hardly more than a whine.
