    ... chilly so no one was really in the mood to do too much traveling. After we came back, we played volleyball with the leaders of the Guyuan #1 Middle School. It was a lot of fun and a really good work out. They are in their 40s and some younger, but they are really energetic and funny even though we can’t really communicate besides “Good!” and “Hello” and “Okay!”.

    ... non-resistant work-out machines. Yashinda totally made our night enjoyable because even with his very limited English, he was very funny and made me laugh all the time. He called us "Sun Girls". Not exactly sure what that means, but it sounds good.
