      ... then lunch - and then for Med - West Edmonton Mall!!
      I try to see a friend who lives nearby - we have our wires crossed as | find she is not at home (after arrangements have been made) and doesn't answer telephone - will have to keep trying.
      Med loves the 'midway' that is Galaxyland at WEM - I buy a much needed new purse, a
      lovely remembrance of this visit.

      theJeffrey's have kindly invited friends for dinner who speak French - it will be interesting!

      ... in and out of their wetsuits to go on a practise swim, so there was plenty of bare flesh and rippling muscles around, so I didn't get too bored. In the afternoon Graham had a race briefing and team photo and then all the athletes congregated to form a parade of nations similar to the Olympics with the girl guides carrying the country banner.       ... but they did seem to have more shops. The West Edmonton Mall did have an excellent layout on its side, and I managed not to get lost once. It is an easy mall to systematically walk round, rather than some I've been to that have shops down all sorts of confusing walkways, and I was always able to find my way back to the Chapters bookshop which, let's face it, is the most important thing.       ... 283;co stálo, vyráželi jsme především do přírody. I když bydlíme ve velmi zemědělské oblasti, o lesy a vodu tu není nouze, tak jako kdekoliv v Kanadě. Přímo pod domkem máme krásné údolí s potokem a lesem, kam velmi rádi chodíme.
