... to Munich via train instead of car, so we spent the rest of sunday afternoon arranging to drop the car in Hamburg instead of Munich and then buying train tickets. All worked out well, so we stayed an extra day in Hamburg (Monday) and were able to get laundry done (whoopee!!) and go to the Miniatur Wunderland, which was pretty whoopee.

We then go to the bus station and buy our ticket outta here for tomorrow morning. ...

Went to see where they repair. Lufthansa and customer plans. Couldn't take pictures inside, but neat facility. Got up close to 747 being overhauled. Saw two 747 for a middle Easter rich guy, being outfitted. In all a cost of about a billion dollars. Enjoyed some free time in Hamburg Olster Lake. Rode on a solar powered ...

Before we get to Hamburg we have a small adventure starting in Berlin. We arrived in the afternoon with plenty of time to find our hotel for the night. We stayed in and spent some time talking about what to do for the next few weeks. Thursday we headed into Berlin to one of the main train stations. Here we waited for Carola, our new Air BnB host for the next two nights. We travelled for two hours to get to her house in Brüste just out of the small town Bismark. Carola has ...
