The city I am in now, is the 5th largest one in Russia, with 1.25 million people. It is along the river Wolga, my first impression: very beautiful.

... have had the salad...but then my bread board came out to go with the soup and wow! To go with a single bread roll, I was given roasted garlic, spring onion, red onion, sour cream and the star of the show - little pieces of cured pork fat. Ok - maybe I did make a good choice!
