Today we finished our work placement at the potato farm, possibly the only place in Japan without internet access. We are both pretty happy to be sitting in a clean and comfortable hotel room.

... the sea and hitting Hokkaido - it was such a contrast to Omiya, everything was white. Landing in New Chitose airport was cool, there was a snowstorm heading towards the airport as we landed but luckily we missed it.
