Long day of travelling today. Set off around 10. Travelled thru Belgium & the Netherlands before arriving in Germany. Only 3 stops required ('mum I need a wee, dad I need a poo, We're HUNGRY!!'). Oh well, I certainly wasn't complaining.

Anyway, now I'm in Frankfurt, which is dreary, rainy and damp. But that's okay; I'm not staying long. I'm just waiting ...

... that only went extinct within the last 50 years! There were also some mummified animals and people from Ancient Egypt, which I've never seen before. So the museum was really interesting, and we spent hours there! Then we went back into town and collected our bags and bought food for lunch, ready to catch the bus back to Dortmund and home. Frankfurt was a lush place to visit, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere, even though it was such a big city! :)
