... on it. At the nearby road is a delicacy store named Bongbongs where we bought something to eat, especially the famous butter cookies and "piyaya" - a delicacy made of sweetened thin flour with a chocolate or jam inside.

My stay in Bacolod is very memorable. With its host of folks that are truly friendly and hospitable, its diverse and lively economic activities and the city's beautiful geographic position, I will definitely keep myself coming back to this city.

After the short mass I went back to the port to prepare my ticket back to Cebu. I made a short walk around the port and took a glance at the nearby Central Philippine University known to be one of the most haunted universities in the country. I also bought several provisions for my overnight trip and happily went aboard with smile and satisfaction for a very exciting and adventurous journey I made that day.
