... roadside fruit stand open (its 5am) so I feel safe standing near them and watching all the ‘ladies’ go home from work. Cities certainly have a different feel from day to night and Id like to learn abit more about the personality of this city. Seems to have a seedy night side and some safety/security issues from what I've observed.

... Fixed out things took breakfast and checked out of the hotel. And left boracay. Since we were in a hurry we took the van outside the jetty port going to Iloilo City paid P350. To my surpise the driver took the Antique route going to Iloilo and Voila!!!! After 4 hours we were in SM Iloilo already. That was fast, very fast... We ate there and went home. ... with which they greeted all of us was felt through their sincerity and appreciation for even the simplest of items. A few of them even gave us home baked goods as a way to express their gratitude. It was a very powerful lesson and reminder about the value of giving - even when we may seem like we have nothing left to give.
