Perfect spot to watch the race, well, apart from the RSJ blocking the video screen but the best part about the rain was that there were plenty of empty seats so I moved a little closer after the first lap. Made it to the track and wandered about looking at the souvenir stands, same old stuff as you get at Melbourne. Redbull stand 4 deep in a queue, catherham: empty. From Tokyo Station, we took the 10.30am shinkansen to Odawarra. Takako's parents had come along to mind our bags whilst we took the tour around the station.
