We left Zagreb at 23:00. Since the trip to Split was overnight, and we were in a sleeper car, there is not much to say about the trip. We slept and slept well.

We got on the ferry to Hvar, but there was what they said was bad weather so it took us to another sop on the other side of the Island, then we had to catch a bus to our hotel.
