Finally starting to relax I think. It's taken nearly a week off to unwind and get my head out of NZ space and the stress and anxiety associated. Woke up this morning and felt calmer than I have in ages... I didn't even think I was stressed in New Zealand. Must have been more stressed than I had previously thought. Pulled into Bruges around midday just in time to catch the tail end of the Wednesday market in Markt Square for some fruit and a delicious lunch. Stayed in a basic guesthouse fairly central to town, amazing breakfasts every morning and with the steepest staircase perhaps ever. Lady from the hosting hotel was lovely and very helpful.
