    ... to me about my wonderful up-coming reservation at ""El Carib" (I know - I am trying to escape from the place) and then cut me off when I took to long to decide which button I had to press next! Decided that it was not the safest of places and that we'd probably get robbed by lurking lady, so booked a hotel a bit further along away the way. We have learnt a valuable lesson today - just stick to the hotel chains. Our new hotel is nice and I will try calling Priceline again ...

    After a final walk around Key West to some of the famous tourist spots - Hemingway's house, end of Hwy A1A, and a picture at the Southern Most point in the continental US (just 90 miles to Cuba), we hit the road north. A stop at Biscayne Bay NP was a nice stop, and again we seemed to have the park to ourselves.     ... way back to our hotel. We had dinner and drinks and The Smoking Tuna and listen to some great live music. They have a web cam always on the stage, so if you want a little taste of Key West, Google Smoking Tuna and enjoy a little of Key West.     ... the "lot". Got the repairs finished, motorhome washed, vacuumed and somewhat detailed. Called the city for an extension beyond the 72 hour deadline. Got it and several repairs accomplished.

    ... that route were quite close to the turns. I finally moved into the inside lane to facilitate turning at the opportune time. After a few miles, we made the turn and drove about ten miles to the Interstate.
