    ... I vainly attempt to clean him up with napkins and water to no avail; Dad takes him to the Burger King next door and gives him a mini bath. Kaeleb tells Dad that Dublin is weird, they put coffee shops with ice cream shops and it makes the ice cream melt; his reasoning for why his ice cream fell off.     ... crossings are qutie cool, because when the light changes to green for pedestrians a high pitched sound, quite similar to a laser gun in Star Wars, is played, followed by a noise that sounds almost like a machine gun. It definitely catches your attention!

    ... is smashed all day! He doesn't drink so is relegated to watching the kids. He also said everyone decorates trees and opens presents Christmas morning as we do in the States. We are staying at the Merrion hotel. We stayed here we think for our 30th wedding anniversary and could only afford a basement room facing the HVAC equipment in an alley.     ... of the game, to them we were just interrupting their lunch. While finishing off our ciders we were approached by two young girls asking people in the bar to sponsor their football team. After giving them the 3 Euro in Jono's pocket the barman abruptly told them to leave immediately. Turns out they do this weekly in the area and it was a scam. Pretty sad really. Feeling heavy with Guinness we headed back to the hotel to rest for a few hours before making our way back ...
