... area. They normally take you down to the power generation center, but the part they normally show was down for maintenance, and so for safety reasons they show us the irrigation pumps instead. A little disappointing, but maybe at the Hoover Dam. They also drive out over the top of the dam and let us out to take pictures. ... land is planted in orchards. This is partly co-op, but the Gerber growers and Chelan name is all over. This bring the migrate or seasonal workers. It is just amazing to see so much food produced.
