    ... food taste bad. Smoke gets stuck in your clothes. Smoke makes you feel dirty. Unfortunately, the wood we have seen in campgrounds is mostly ponderosa pine or some other pitchy pine. So, for the last 6 nights the campfires have burned hot and a little too smokey, no matter how good you are at making a campfire.
